Dear friends of the Dais,

Across sectors, artificial intelligence is reshaping how work gets done. For nonprofits, AI presents a valuable opportunity to drive change: increasing efficiency, unlocking new insights, and enhancing service delivery. Yet with these benefits come real challenges around privacy, ethics, and organizational trust. To navigate this evolving landscape, nonprofit professionals need the right knowledge and skills to adopt AI responsibly and with purpose.

That’s why we’re proud to partner with the Human Feedback Foundation and Creative Destruction Lab on Responsible AI Adoption for Social Impact (RAISE) — a bold new initiative aimed at closing the AI and digital skills gap in Canada’s nonprofit sector.

As part of RAISE, the Dais is launching a program to equip nonprofit professionals with the tools to drive ethical, mission-aligned AI adoption through AI literacy and skills training. Explore our first two courses (now open for enrollment!) and help shape a future where technology serves social good.

Yours,

André Côté

Interim Executive Director
